This year's intake of apprentices will begin work at Bright Engineering in June. The candidates will undergo a bespoke training programme covering CNC Turning, CNC Milling and Inspection. Bright is delighted to announce that it has entered into partnership with Nelson & Colne College who will deliver the formal training of BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering.
MD Jon Hoyle says: "the students have been introduced to us by Nelson & Colne College via their Level 2 pre-apprentice group. They've all been pre-prepared with professional CVs, interview techniques and even visited us for work experience prior to being offered a role."
"The input and commitment from Nelson and Colne College has been outstanding and all the students that came for work experience demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and employability. We are looking forward to welcoming them to our business next month".
