Bright Engineering continues to operating in demanding advanced manufacturing sectors such as aerospace, defence & electronics. We operate to the rigorous demands and processes of the AS9100 accreditation.
Our work continues to be that of a low-medium volume vs high complexity mix, and as such we have a growing need for inspection resource.
We are keen to talk to people and receive expressions of interest from the following types of candidates :
Quality Manager - management of QMS to AS9100, management of customers with regards to quality queries, management of internal and external auditing. Must also be capable of CNC and manual inspection techniques.
Quality Inspector - must be conversant with a variety of metrology and able to programme CMMs, measuring machines etc and be able to fully assess a machined part and/or technical drawing to decide best and most effective method of inspection, and provide pass-offs for production including first-offs, patrol inspection and final inspection. Knowledge of FAIR procedures an advantage.
