terms of purchase

On acceptance of any order suppliers must advise Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd of any changes to approvals held from all third parties.

The supplier shall notify Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd of any changes to product, process, facility or documentation applicable to this purchase.

Supplier shall immediately contain and notify Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd of any parts or materials believed to be non-conforming and agree disposition as appropriate, this includes any parts already delivered.

Suppliers must not accept order amendments verbally or written unless signed by purchasing authority.

The quality assurance representative of Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd, its customer and regulatory authorities have right of access to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records and reserve the right to verify at source that purchased materials/product conform to order requirements.

Sub-tier suppliers shall not be used be used without prior arrangement of Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd process substantiation shall be made available on request.

The supplier shall flow-down the requirements of this purchase order and associated specifications to sub-tier suppliers as applicable.

This order is subject to Bright Engineering (Precision Products) Ltd terms and conditions. Goods must be accompanied by delivery note and C of C as appropriate.

No part delivery is accepted without prior arrangement.

Payment terms; Net 60 days from end of invoice month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
